Head coach

Roan “Jucao” Carneiro

Jucao built ATT Atlanta. He fought in the UFC as a ranked middleweight, then cornered champions in the UFC, Bellator, and PFL. He is a 5th-degree BJJ black belt, a WKN world champion, an ADCC South American champion, and an IBJJF Pan American champion. He also trains police departments around metro Atlanta.

MMA coach

Mike Galitello

Mike is a professional MMA fighter, a BJJ black belt under Jucao, and a multiple-time IBJJF No-Gi world champion. His classes mix technical detail with the strategy he uses on fight week.

No-Gi BJJ coach

Jake Jo

Jake is a black belt under Jucao and specializes in No-Gi grappling and leg locks. He coached Muay Thai and BJJ at other Atlanta gyms before Jucao asked him onto this staff. He calls his style the relaxed fit of ATT.

BJJ and kids BJJ coach

George Mathews

George is a BJJ black belt under Jucao, an IBJJF No-Gi world champion, and a Pan American silver medalist. He teaches technique in detail, corners professional fighters, and coaches the kids who compete.

Muay Thai coach

Corey Jackson

Corey is a professional MMA fighter with more than a decade of training and competition, including the PFL, where he earned Fight of the Night and Fight of the Year. He coaches high technique, mental toughness, and tactics.

Beginner Muay Thai coach

Rudy James

Rudy started in Tae Kwon Do and karate, then American kickboxing, wrestling, MMA, Muay Thai, and BJJ. He trained under a U.S. Olympic kickboxing coach and has been at ATT Atlanta since 2014, working with beginners through tournament fighters.

Cardio kickboxing coach

Tian Tian

Tian started kickboxing at 18 under Coach Phillips, an assistant coach for the U.S. kickboxing Olympic team, then spent 15 years with striking coaches in the U.S., Japan, and Thailand. He has coached fitness kickboxing at ATT Atlanta since finding the gym in 2017.
