See the schedule

Muay Thai at ATT Atlanta is striking with a fight pedigree. Beginners and advanced fighters share the room, and the coaching staff works both the first teep and the details that show up in a fight.

The gym also brings in seminars with Muay Thai coaches from outside Atlanta. A hard class can burn about 600 to 1,000 calories an hour, depending on the round and the person.

Usually 60 to 90 minutes: warm-up, technique, pad work, partner drills, and conditioning.

Excellent gym! Stopped in to train while traveling. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The 6:30 BJJ class was great and challenging. Will definitely stop in again, the next time I’m in Atlanta. Highly recommended for those that live in the area or visiting.

One of the best gyms I have ever been to. ATT Atlanta has an awesome facility and great instructors. I have been training in mixed martial arts for about 7 years and jiu-jitsu for about 9 years and I have had the luxury of training all over the country, so that is saying a lot. I myself am a gym owner in northern Alabama and count myself lucky to be close enough to soak up some of that knowledge.

After moving to Atlanta, I searched for a new Jiu Jitsu home. I’ve had a wonderful experience training with ATT and I have been impressed with the professionalism, the organization, class beginning on time, the cleanliness, and friendliness. Being a female who trains in a male dominated sport, it can be very intimidating to walk into a new gym and not know what to expect. ATT has been a comforting experience where I feel at home.
