Kids BJJ

A structured kids class for confidence, discipline, and real self-defense, taught by black-belt coaches.

See the schedule

Kids BJJ is for a child stepping on the mat for the first time and for a child who wants to compete. Classes start at age 4. The hour is warm-up, technique, partner drills, and controlled sparring, with safety called out the whole time.

Parents notice the room as much as the technique. Coaches ask for respect, teamwork, and effort, and kids are encouraged to train hard and help the person next to them.

The weekly schedule also lists a 5:00 PM Kids BJJ class for ages 4–7 on Monday and Wednesday, and marks Saturday’s 10:00 AM kids class for ages 4–13.

Excellent gym! Stopped in to train while traveling. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The 6:30 BJJ class was great and challenging. Will definitely stop in again, the next time I’m in Atlanta. Highly recommended for those that live in the area or visiting.

One of the best gyms I have ever been to. ATT Atlanta has an awesome facility and great instructors. I have been training in mixed martial arts for about 7 years and jiu-jitsu for about 9 years and I have had the luxury of training all over the country, so that is saying a lot. I myself am a gym owner in northern Alabama and count myself lucky to be close enough to soak up some of that knowledge.

After moving to Atlanta, I searched for a new Jiu Jitsu home. I’ve had a wonderful experience training with ATT and I have been impressed with the professionalism, the organization, class beginning on time, the cleanliness, and friendliness. Being a female who trains in a male dominated sport, it can be very intimidating to walk into a new gym and not know what to expect. ATT has been a comforting experience where I feel at home.
